Happy Groundhog Day!

Punxsutawny Phil didn't see his shadow this morning, so we only have 4 more weeks until spring. Which of course the opposite would seem to make more sense. :) Whatever. I want one good snow first...

Groundhog day is one of my favorite movies. I'd seen it as a kid with Julia, but that was back when I couldn't pay attention to movies like this... I didn't watch it as a competent person until I took world religions junior or senior year of undergrad. We watched it in class during our Buddhist section. It relates to the religion with the idea of reincarnation.... the idea is that you are forever reincarnated until you reach transcendence through god or something like that. It's a pretty awesome movie.
